##Will For Will Power##




Every one has a will Power .
If you want to get, what you wish, "should happen"  then you should have a urge to do that work.  For that you should have will-power , and when  you have a will power you can attain anything!

we know so many people who have a strong will power so they become top personalities in world..i hope you can count them on fingers .
Now it depends how strong your will is,  it should not be that i need it desperately but my efforts  to get it are not enough so as a result  we could not get it . For example if you desperately want to be  IAS officer or Want to win any tournament or any other aspirations which you want to achieve.  For that you need to work hard for that  just by thinking one cannot achieve the target whether it is studies , sports or anything in life. 
Till the time your will power is not strong to back up your dream to come true ,you cannot just imagine and get the things ,on ground you cannot achieve anything until you get it rightly done. 

But here we will understand how to get our will power strong   its just like saying a child to repeat and revise daily any topic which you cannot remember  . For math problems even more you practice more your possibility of  making  less stupid mistakes are there.

will power can  be developed by way of practice --- when u start practice  and you get distracted by other things in  life  you need to Meditate that will bring focus in life.
Meditation is simple it just gives you will power and  your thoughts gets sorted out. As in today's stressful life we struggle to focus on thing and our will to  chase  our targets also get distracted.
First of all we need to sit to meditate and we need to focus on our target ie when we sit and  close ours eyes and foucs on your breath or it can be any soothing  music also . let the multiple thoughts pour in pour in as a back drop don,t get carried away with these thought. we have to concentrate on breath only on inhale and exhale process. Just practice this starting from 5min and gradually increase the time
.Technique of promising yourself
1. Self control emotional intelligence and patience... 
2. Task selected and done will increase will power
3. Give small time frames first.
4. No negative talk for 30 days. 
5. Do follow above technique and cc the changes..
